Job description

We are looking for an Operation Management Assistant to join the administrative team of our international banking partner based in Budapest. The company is currently building its service centre, where they will support various banking operations in several regions from their Budapest office.

 

No banking experience is necessary, but 3 years of similar experience, active knowledge of Chinese and English, and a university degree are required for the position.

 

What tasks can the future employee expect:

  • Ensuring the processes within their scope are consistently up-to-date.
  • Providing support for internal systems, including managing authorizations, operational settings, and data updates.
  • Preparing and delivering operational reports.
  • Communicating with the central unit in Chinese.

 

Essential requirements for the position:

  • A higher education degree (not necessarily related to the banking sector).
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
