In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing and standardizing business processes, supporting efficiency improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a standardized process management framework
- Support the introduction and use of process modeling tools
- Assist departments in documenting, analyzing, and optimizing workflows
- Contribute to efficiency improvement projects using lean methodologies
- Facilitate process-related change management and oversee implementation
- Support internal audit preparations and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure business processes comply with relevant regulations

- Experience in business process management, preferably in an ISO-standard environment
- Strong skills in process modeling and documentation
- Ability to understand and manage enterprise-level process landscapes
- Proficiency in English
