As a German speaking Supplier Coordinator your tasks will be:
- Monitor and manage the activity and performance of outsourced Contact Center Operations and service costs.
- Act as the interface between the company and the partner for technical, process, systems, and financial matters.
- Manage the implementation of new services or processes and continuously improve customer experience.
- Validate resource requirements, manage operational costs, and track payments.
- Establish effective working relationships with country management and contribute to teamwork in the EMEA Region.
- Initiate or coordinate contact center projects, focusing on end-to-end customer satisfaction and processes.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent German and English knowledge
