Our multinational manufacturing partner would like to expand its payroll team with a Payroll Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Providing end-to-end payroll and social security activities
- Maintain regular contact with internal Stakeholders and Finance teams
- Ensure all payroll query responses are dealt with in a timely manner, where required follow up with vendors or escalate to Payroll Team Lead / Manager
- Follow all payroll processes upon to local legislation and internal rules
- Use payroll tools and prepare appropriate payroll calculations to ensure proper payroll processing
Requirements:
- 1 -3years of professional experience in the field of payroll
- Payroll and social security related education
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Nexon knowledge and experience
