Data Operations Administrator (part-timer, 4 hours) – Szeged

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain master data elements in SAP ECC and other systems.
• Conduct regular data checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with input sources.
• Interface with various teams and stakeholders for data updates and workload management.
• Review and validate data reports, ensuring consistency across departments.
• Proactively identify improvements in data governance processes to reduce errors and rework.
• Support major projects and system rollouts, providing expertise as needed.
• Contribute to the development of KPIs and consistently meet targets.
• Apply tools and processes to improve planning, risk management, and scheduling.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• Expertise in SAP, Salesforce, or other relevant systems would be an advantage
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience in Master Data activities is a plus, but fresh-grads, students are also welcome!
