Job description

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist for our multinational partner's team in Budapest. Don't scroll further, this might be the job you've been dreaming of for a long time.


This team in Budapest is responsible for the E2E delivery of payrolls across the EMEA region. Your main tasks will be:

  • Work with payroll vendor to ensure that all payments are successfully manager in a timely manner
  • Collect and calculate of payroll input
  • Ensure timely delivery of all payroll reports
  • Provide support for all payroll and tax related questions
  • Work with colleagues from the business to ensure E2E payroll processing


What makes you the best candidate?

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll activities in a multinational work environment (mainly for the DACH or specifically the Switzerland region)
  • Strong English language skills (and German would be a huge plus)
  • Work experience in SSC work environment
  • Excel, ERP system knowledge
  • Good communication skills
