Are you familiar with Lean methodology? Do you have some experience in project management? Then we might be looking for you!

We are seeking a new colleague for the position of Lean Project Specialist at the Budapest office of our international client, to help introduce and maintain Lean methods within the company.

What does this involve?

• Reviewing the processes of financial and other operational teams, monitoring their activities, and then assessing how to improve these processes.
• Supporting operational departments in applying the Lean methodology approach.
• Essentially helping the company to implement and utilize Lean methodology.

We are looking for you if:

• You have a few years of experience in project management and are familiar with Lean methodology.
• You speak English fluently.
• You have an affinity for business processes.
• You communicate well and have great training skills.
• It would be beneficial if you have some knowledge of financial processes (e.g., P2P, OTC, AP).
