Our international banking partner with a multinational background is looking for a Back Office Associate to join its international team.
They are planning to expand their 10-member team. They mainly handles corporate transactions, manages both local and international projects, in this position with the main task to support the international team according to local Hungarian requirements.
Due to the international background, active proficiency in English is essential. Additionally, a few years of experience in banking or a related back-office area and a completed higher education degree are required.
More information about the tasks:
- Day-to-day loan accounting, management of records and related documentation
- Providing information on transactions to the relevant partner department, liaising with business colleagues, branches and head office
- Syndicated and bilateral loan settlement management
- Management and follow-up of transaction notifications
- Carrying out the day-to-day operational tasks of the department
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Essential requirements for the position:
- Bachelor degree (economics, finance or other business related to the financial sector) or related experience in banking and financial industry
- Active knowledge of English and Hungarian
- Relevant experience in a banking environment, confident in the lending process
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
