Key Responsibilities:
· Take charge of executing the People Management Services, and Administration strategy to ensure a progressive and efficient employee experience.
· Act as a key contact for HR administrative topics, working closely with various HR functions and business units.
· Drive HR services standards, processes, and policies across the region to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
· Actively engage in HR projects and support the development of HR-relevant structures and processes.
· Lead, coach, and motivate your team, ensuring resource allocation and performance targets are met.
· Keep an eye on service and operational level agreements, taking appropriate actions if targets are not met.
Your Profile:
· Degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on HR Management.
· Over 5 years of experience in delivering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environment, with proven international leadership experience.
· Excellent analytical skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
· Advanced computer skills, including office applications, with experience in SAP SFEC and ServiceNow being beneficial.
· Fluent in English and German
