AUDITORS ATTENTION!

Our client is one of the biggest companies in the real estate investment sector in Hungary and is looking for a SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST for its portfolio in Europe.

Tasks will include but not limited to:

• performing controlling tasks related to foreign real estate investments
• making regular and ad-hoc controlling reports
• assisting in the preparation of the annual accounts and annual business plans for the properties
• carry out plan/actual comparisons
• liaison and cooperation with partner departments
• checking accounting, revealing mistakes
• developing efficiency improvement proposals

Requirements:

• university degree in economics
• at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of audit, controlling (real estate is an advantage)
• fluent English knowledge
• strong Excel skills
• analytical mindset, good communication skills
