We are looking for a Finance Transition Manager for our multinational partner.
In this position, the main tasks include improving the efficiency and quality of financial processes in the EMEA region. You will work closely with the regional finance team and teams from other regions. You should be able to understand global processes and analyze their impact on financial operations (payroll, fixed assets P2P, US GAAP, statutory accounting, tax compliance) because identifying improvement opportunities and leading development projects are also part of the job.
You will also
- Lead and manage financial transition projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with SSC finance departments.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with Finance teams and their leaders
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with regional departments
- Develop business cases and present them to finance leaders in the regions or at the corporate level.
- Lead improvement projects following lean methodology principles
What makes you the best candidate:
- You can understand different finance and accounting fields (payroll, US GAAP accounting, statutory accounting etc.)
- You have experience in finance transition related projects in multinational work environment
- You know hot to identify and resolve problems using lean methodology.
- SAP, Power BI, Blackline, or similar tools are familiar to you
- Lean methodology knowledge is a huge plus
- You have strong written and verbal English skills
- You also have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different departments and levels
