Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global travel spend and suppliers.
- Conduct RFPs for travel management and events providers.
- Develop and enforce global travel policies.
- Oversee travel partners and online booking tools.
- Lead travel administration teams and support employee queries.
- Conduct benchmark reviews for cost efficiency.
- Drive strategic travel initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
- Monitor performance and manage supplier invoices.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years in travel procurement for global organizations.
- Experience with global travel provider tenders.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience with TMC and OBT implementations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
