If you have 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management and are looking for a new challenge, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for a Purchase Order Coordinator to our multinational partner located in Budapest.

This role focuses on managing the requisition process, purchase order (PO) management and PO processing.


Responsibilities:


  • Support buyers with special requests
  • Convert requisitions into purchase orders (POs)
  • Ensure compliance of POs with the Global Buy Policy
  • Manage PO approvals
  • Resolve PO issues
  • Collaborate on resolving invoices
  • Process change orders


What makes you the best candidate:


  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement/supply chain/AP analysis
  • Bachelor degree in economics
  • Work experience in the SSC sector is a plus
  • Fluent English skills
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • Experience in PeopleSoft, SAP or other procurement systems would be a plus
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Process oriented, structured approach
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments
