Job description

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a leading company in the tourism industry? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales to new heights!

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies across channels to increase revenues both B2B & B2C.
  • Analyze the tourism market and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor sales results and prepare reports.
  • Analyze sales results, identify trends, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Participate in fairs, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Work with the Product Department to develop and adapt the tourist offer to market needs.
  • Monitor the success of new products.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget.
  • Assist in forecasting revenues and planning activities aimed at achieving financial goals.
  • Motivate and monitor team performance, set goals, and track their implementation.


Education/Certificates/Knowledge:

  • University degree in economics.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales agent/manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in using sales management systems (CRM) and other tools supporting the sales process.
  • Knowledge of modern technologies and innovations in the tourism industry.
