Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior business and technical leaders to identify and collect requirements for P2P projects.
  • Manage and execute medium to large, high-profile finance transformation projects across multiple business units.
  • Maintain active communication with partners and stakeholders to manage expectations and introduce new functionalities.
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, and risk analysis.
  • Guide the business through project lifecycles, support blueprinting processes, and lead design workshops.
  • Develop integrated, scalable, and process-oriented solutions adhering to industry best practices.
  • Evaluate potential risks in projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.



Your Profile:

  • College/University degree in Economics or Finance with a major in accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Over 5 years of experience in end-to-end processes for Financial Shared Services (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
  • At least 2 years of experience in system implementations in the finance domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial concepts.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding communication skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
