Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior business and technical leaders to identify and collect requirements for P2P projects.
- Manage and execute medium to large, high-profile finance transformation projects across multiple business units.
- Maintain active communication with partners and stakeholders to manage expectations and introduce new functionalities.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, and risk analysis.
- Guide the business through project lifecycles, support blueprinting processes, and lead design workshops.
- Develop integrated, scalable, and process-oriented solutions adhering to industry best practices.
- Evaluate potential risks in projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Your Profile:
- College/University degree in Economics or Finance with a major in accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Over 5 years of experience in end-to-end processes for Financial Shared Services (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
- At least 2 years of experience in system implementations in the finance domain.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial concepts.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding communication skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
