Responsibilities:
• Administering all executed contracts / obligations / amendments in the relevant systems
• Interpreting contract language, terms and conditions into administrative
• Providing ongoing process, administrative and analytical support to Upstream
• Identifying, communicating & resolving any contract related issues, working effectively with Contract owner & other interfaces
• Providing support and requested reports to the Business Line, Supervisors and other interfaces as required.
Required Skills:
• Language Skills: Fluent English
• No previous experience is needed, but a degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent would be good to have
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interface across Upstream I other functions.
• Strong knowledge of contracting, agreements, contract, task and document management.
• Commitment to controls and detail orientated approach.
• Able to handle deadlines and competing priorities whilst maintaining an accurate work product.
