Recruitment Manager - SSC

 

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of 10 professionals who specialize in recruitment for SSC clients, both in recruitment and staffing. You will oversee daily operations and provide guidance to junior and senior team members, ensuring smooth workflows and a high level of expertise across the team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team working on SSC clients, focusing on non-technology recruitment within our non-technology division
  • Coordinate and mentor junior and senior team members, providing professional support and ensuring they excel in their roles
  • Contribute to operational tasks, including sales efforts, bringing in new clients, and reactivating existing ones
  • Take full responsibility for team coordination, including budgeting and continuous forecasting
  • Ensure revenue targets are met and deliver top-quality service to large clients
  • Develop and implement best practices within the recruitment process
  • Work closely with senior leadership to achieve team and company goals, fostering a high-performance culture where both clients and team members are highly satisfied
  • Collaborate to improve client satisfaction, ensuring the development of long-lasting relationships with key clients in the SSC sector
  • Provide team support, motivate and inspire your team to achieve high results
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and apply your recruitment knowledge and agency experience to streamline processes
