Job description

We are looking for a Communication and Stakeholder Management Expert for our multinational client's new Business Service field. If you're looking to take the next step in your career, this might be your opportunity.

This role involves creating and implementing strategies to effectively engage and communicate with key stakeholders, managing relationships to ensure alignment and support for global business services initiatives. Your main tasks will be:

  • Oversee the execution of integration activities and ensure alignment with leadership to facilitate smooth implementation
  • Supporting functional changes, which means you will work with leaders and communicate with them regarding the implementation changes
  • Map and engage functional stakeholders and provide relevant communication materials to the stakeholders
  • Manage the communication plan, which means you will oversee the internal communication plan and ensure clear communication among the affected individuals


We need you, if you have:

  • PM experience because you will be involved in the transformation processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in change management would be great (but this role is not a change management role!)
  • Fluent English skills
