We are looking for a Senior Transport Specialist to our multinational partner located in Budapest. The role covers all modes of transportation for all company's divisions, providing global coverage. You will support all transportation related activities and complete real-time data entry of shipment milestones. 

Responsibilities:

• Book, confirm and schedule shipments
• Daily data entry of milestones
• Provide track and trace support or escalation support across all modes of transportation: ocean, air, truck, parcel, rail
• Manage and communicate daily updates to key stakeholders
• Manage transactional data in ERP system
• Ensure logistics procedures are being followed

What makes you the best candidate:

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics
• Bachelor degree in business administration/supply chain management/logistics/data analytics/finance
• Work experience in the SSC sector is a plus
• Fluent English skills
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Process oriented, structured approach
• Strong stakeholder management skills
