Job description

We are searching for a Junior Project Coordinator for our client’s team in Budapest.


In this role you will handle various administrative activities for accounting, HR, operations and ESG processes. The role is also actively participating in global / corporate process design, process standardization and improvement projects.


Main tasks involve:

  • Collect and validate information from different teams
  • Consolidate and prepare reports
  • Data analysis
  • Participate in development global/corporate processes
  • Prepare process documentation
  • Analyze processes for process improvement  
  • Keep contact with other departments, stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly or ad-hoc reports and statistics


What makes you the best candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
  • Proficiency in English
  • 1-2 years experience in accounting/project management 
  • Experience in new process implementation is a plus
  • Accurate and detail oriented attitude
  • Numerical and problem solving skills
