Our multinational company in pharmaceuticals sector is looking for a French Speaking RTR Team Leader.
In this position you will lead, support and mentor a small team to ensure accurate and timely financial accounting.
The main tasks involve:
- Manage the period-end and year-end closing
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial data and transaction processing
- Mentor and manage accountants and process specialists reporting to your role
- Perform accounting processes for your assigned processes, for example query handling, month-end, reconciliations of all balance sheets, fixed assets, or lease accounting
- Review and approving journals, assisting with technical IFRS accounting issues
- Support in audit reviews and lead process specialists in addressing escalation
Requirements:
- Proficincy in English and French
- General understanding of finance processes and standards
- 3-5 years of experience in RTR Accounting
- Experience in leading small teams
- University degree in Finance
- Strong IFRS/ US GAAP knowledge
