Job description

We are searching for a German speaking Customer Service Representative for our multinational partner who is present in the technology field.

In this position you will be responsible for:

- Handles inquiries via phone, chat and email from customers and/or internal parties

- Order management: order entry, price checking, order clearing compliants

- Coordination of delivery and billing

- Handles a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions

- Provide assistance to sales functions across EMEA and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as and-to-end order status management and contract issues/administration

- Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics


Requirements:

- Fluent English and German

- Experience in Customer Service, order management

- Experience in contacting B2B customers

- ERP system experience is a plus (SAP, Oracle etc.)

- excellent communication skills

- Proactive, flexibility
