Responsibilities:

  • Transition accounting processes to Hungary.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in daily operations and closing processes.
  • Support process optimization projects.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Assist in audits and provide customer service.
  • Train and onboard junior team members.


Required Skills:

  • Degree in Economics or Finance.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience in a Shared Service Center.
  • Strong AP process knowledge.
  • Proficient in English and French (Hungarian is a plus).
  • Experience with SAP FI or other ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel for knowledge transfer.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and a team player.
