IT Operations Lead
Responsibilities:
- Directly report to the Head of Information Technology.
- Take full ownership of coordinating and leading our globally distributed IT Support team, both virtual and physical.
- Solve technical challenges and provide solutions internally and externally, ensuring seamless operations.
- Oversee technical governance, ensuring a smooth user experience that aligns with the platform design strategy.
- Offer administrative and transactional support to the Global IT function.
- Monitor software and hardware usage to optimize licenses, resources, and asset utilization.
- Conduct regular service reviews with stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and compliance with support processes.
- Coordinate cross-departmental questionnaires, ensuring strict adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a related field with relevant professional experience. ITIL certification is a plus.
- Technical skills: Experience in IT operations is advantageous. Familiarity with Microsoft, Citrix, O365, or other leading technologies is highly valued.
- Experience: Several years of experience in IT service management or IT operations.
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Additional languages are a bonus.
- Personality: A flexible, organized communicator with strong coordination skills, able to take ownership of the service vision.
