Join a leading financial services company known for its commitment to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Information and Reporting Manager to join to a dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage decision support reporting and analysis.
  • Deliver proposals, models, and calculations to develop effective incentive systems; maintain regular reporting and evaluate system performance.
  • Continuously enhance the company’s database management, managing report and information-sharing processes.
  • Develop decision support BI applications and support their usage.
  • Participate in group-wide developments and projects, representing the needs and interests of the local market.
  • Act as a business partner to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members across the European region.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance and support to MI team members, and oversee progress to ensure goals are met.


Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional experience in BI or database management.
  • 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, IT, Mathematics, IT Engineering, Economics).
  • Proficiency in Power BI and other BI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of reporting databases and local systems to ensure the accuracy and functionality of reporting solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Extensive knowledge in database programming and data visualization, especially with Microsoft SQL, SSIS, SSRS.
  • Proven ability to work within a regional structure and collaborate effectively to achieve common goals.
