Job description

Our partner is a leading oil and gas corporations company committed to delivering excellence in Global Finances. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team.

The team is responsible for external financial and internal stewardship reporting and analysis by ensuring that business transactions are properly recorded, validated and reported in financial statements of company affiliates. They are responsible to account for transactions associated with inter-affiliate cost allocation and service billings, netting and settlements.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Process outbound intercompany service billing transactions, and setup cost allocation rule in system and support monthly/quarterly/annual activities

·      Reconcile and investigate Inter-affiliate unmatched customer and vendor ledger accounts for prompt resolution

·      Process netting and settlement for Inter-affiliate invoices

·      Build knowledge on end-to-end process

·      Support local and global process improvement initiatives

 

Requirements

·      Solid understanding of underlying logic and fundamentals of accounting

·      Degree not required, accounting studies in high school or vocational training is a must

·      Relevant 1-3 years’ work experience in area of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

·      Fluent English knowledge is a must

·      Demonstrated problem-solving skills

·      Precision and attention to details, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

·      Can-do attitude, willingness to take initiative and seek challenges

·      Ability to influence others and work in a team environment

·      Good communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
