Job description

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team.


Responsibilities:

·      Primary point of contact for clients and customers filling claims regarding shipments

·      Communicating claim receipt to Business Lines

·      Validating correct supporting documents are included with claims

·      Ensuring all claims are logged in our vessel management software

·      Preparing and following-up on control reports

·      Providing booking information for accounting department

·      Assisting in routine claim calculation

·      Investigate, follow up and resolution of problem / missing items

·      Identify and implement work process improvements


Requirements:

·      Fluent spoken and written English

·      Have strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

·      Are able to effectively communicate within the team and with our business partners

·      Pay attention to accuracy and details

·      Able to meet priorities and deadlines

·      Show proactivity, willingness to take self-initiative and seek challenges
