Job Summary:

The Network Infrastructure team in Budapest is responsible for maintaining and developing the entire Europe network of our partner company. Be it office locations, plants, refineries, retail locations or offshore oil platforms, Budapest is supporting the most critical IT backbone of the company.

Engineer and implement infrastructure solutions and keep pushing the envelope when it comes to reliability, speed and security using industry standard solutions and manufacturers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and perform implementation activities for all service and customer projects (based on Engineering deliverables)

• Perform Quality Assurance activities for Engineering designs which includes identifying and submitting network design issues to Engineering

• Utilize industry standard solutions and manufacturers with the possibility of continuous training to obtaining the latest certificates needed for your job

• Primary contact for vendors in support of operational problems.

• Develop and maintain Technical Support process and deliverables and hand-over of technology and service to operations

• Develop and maintain Network Service Support Models and workflow automation

• Assist with both development and maintenance

Required Technical Skills:

• IT Engineer or equivalent degree in Wireless technologies

• Strong IT technical foundation and aptitude for fast learning

• 4-7 years of experience in Network Engineering (focus on Wireless)

• Advanced/Expert hands-on experience in different network technologies like Cisco Routing and Switching, Network Security, Network Automation with Wireless specialist/focus, including doing Site wireless surveys, designs, implementations

• CCNP done by ENCOR + ENWLSD or ENWLSI as concentration exams

• Troubleshooting/operational background

Desired Technical Skills:

• Besides Cisco, other non-Cisco wireless certifications and skills: CWNA, ECSE, CWDP

• Automation skills are advantage – Python, Ansible, Nautobot, etc.

• Open for occasional on-call or after-hours support

• Availability for on-demand Business trip (Wireless Site Surveys)
