Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Entry: Gather data from various sources and input/map it into databases or new systems, ensuring the accuracy of every data point

• Data Conversion: Identify and apply conversion rules to data in different formats

• Data Cleaning and Validation: Clean and validate data to remove errors and inconsistencies, ensuring the information is reliable.

• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform project/business decisions

• Database Management: Manage databases, ensuring data is stored securely and can be easily accessed by those who need it

• Reporting and Visualization: Create reports and visualizations to present data in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders/users.

• Data Security: Ensure that data is protected from unauthorized access and breaches

Required Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with IT and MSSQL

• IT degree needed

• General knowledge of MSSQL (mainly queries)

• General knowledge of MS Office tools and SharePoint, advanced Excel knowledge preferred

• General SAP background is not required, but also an advantage
