We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT professional to join our partner's team at a leading international bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the seniors to manage audits (Hungarian National Bank, Hunguard), maintaining and supporting their IT systems, ensuring their secure and compliant operation, and contributing to their disaster recovery and business continuity plans. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.

What will you do?

• Assist the Senior IT system administrator in providing front-end helpdesk support for the bank.
• Support the Senior IT system administrator in the daily operation and monitoring of the virtualized server systems.
• Responsible for upgrading and monitoring antivirus systems, applying system patches, and performing system vulnerability scans and remedy.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the department.

What should you bring with you?

• Bachelor's degree in a related computer science field.
• Proficient in English;
• Possess a proactive, self-motivated, and diligent work attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong team collaboration abilities.
• Banking work experience is a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
