Job description

As a Recruitment Coordinator within the Recruitment Operations team, you are responsible for completing daily tasks aligned with our established procedures and policies. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes, facilitating smooth interview scheduling, offer processing, and onboarding. Your work will support the team and contribute to a seamless and positive experience for both hiring teams and candidates.

 

Responsibilities:

Interview Scheduling

● Schedule interviews both manually and via our scheduling tool.

● Coordinate logistics such as room bookings and video conferencing setups.

● Communicate interview details to candidates and interview panels to ensure preparation and smooth execution.

 

Hire Administration

● Maintain and update records in our ATS and HRIS.

● Assist in preparing and distributing offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation.

● Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

 

Jira Ticket Management

● Respond to straightforward inquiries via Jira, addressing routine questions and issues.

● Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed.

● Maintain accurate records of ticket resolutions.

 

Ad hoc Administrative Tasks

● Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed to support the Recruitment Operations team.

● Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining up-to-date records.

● Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.

 

Requirements:

·      Ongoing or finished HR studies (Bsc or Msc)

·      0-1 years of relevant experience - fresh grads are welcome!

·      Ability to work full-time

·      Fluency in English

·      Ability to start asap (preferably on the 6th of January)
