We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join our well established and exponentially growing real estate development partner.

The position will be responsible for both cultivating the existing client base and identifying potential partners, mainly for a portfolio of income producing properties. Within the portfolio, there is a strong focus on logistics, so experience in this area will be an advantage.

What tasks can a future team member expect:

- Actively liaising with existing partners, identifying new potential tenants

- Managing the letting of income producing properties

- Developing a related letting strategy

- Market monitoring, competitor monitoring, collecting data for development

- Participation in portfolio development, active cooperation with the company's partner departments

What is needed to fill the position:

- University degree - a technical background is an advantage but not a requirement, a technical approach is important

- Relevant experience of several years in a similar position and sector

- Fluency in English

- Strong interpersonal skills and a determined approach
