Job description

Our multinational Client has grown up from a family-owned French company. They provide customized logistic services for their Partners. The Hungarian subsidiary started growing and now they are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their still small team to serve complex business needs as:


Logistics Administrator

 

Responsibilities:


- Providing administrative support for logistic coordinators

- Updating data in internal systems

- Keeping contact with partners in English 

- Preparing shipping documents

- You also be involved in the planning, tracking plus the organization of shipments

- Coordinating between logistic staff (e.g. truck drivers and airport crew)


Requirements:


- Experience in the field of logistics or similar is an advantage, however fresh graduates are also welcome

- Fluency in English

- Hungarian knowledge is a must  

- At least high school certification 

- Customer oriented attitude and can work in a team effectively
