Our multinational Partner is looking for an

System Support Analyst

to join their team

Job Summary: 

Application support for global Gas & Power Marketing function. Group supports Energy Trading & Risk Management system (Allegro).

Job Responsibilities:

·      IT base support & project development using vendor platforms Allegro ION/Horizon ETRM enterprise suite and other internally developed connecting systems.

·      Support .NET-based middleware components, various external interfaces including ICE, Trayport, Efetnet, EDIGas, and internal interfaces to SAP and others.

·      Troubleshooting and developing new functionality in C#, .Net, MS-SQL mainly for Allegro Application.

·      Base support – Working in Agile framework in Scrum Team (2-week sprints). Responding to service requests & problem tickets, troubleshooting daily issues for global customer support, following standard change management processes.

·      Enhancing existing systems and applications or interfaces per customer requirements. Data analysis and implementation of fixes/new functionality

·      Projects – Large software upgrades or application scoping, implement new functionalities, requirements definition, technical design, development / coding, testing, and transition to support.

Required Technical Skills:

·      3-5 years’ experience in C#, ASP. NET MVC and development in C#, MSSQL

·      IT Degree needed

·      Experience in Application Support

·      General knowledge of MSSQL (stored procedures, triggers, selects etc.)

·      Understanding of UC4 Batch Job automation

·      Basic Administration of MS Windows Server

·      General knowledge of MS Office tools and SharePoint

On Call Details: on rotation, starting in the early morning of a regular working day. Couple of days per week. For the weekends it is a 24hr schedule – 1 weekend day per month.
