Job Description:


  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints effectively
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
