We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Specialist to join our partner's international Success team. In this individual contributor role, you will play a key part in helping customers achieve their business objectives by delivering value-driven interactions, managing expectations, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

📍 Remote within Hungary

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ business objectives and define what success means for them when using our products
• Drive and execute customer success plans to support customers in achieving their goals
• Handle incoming customer inquiries related to administration, products, and general requests
• Support customers and local teams with administrative and customer success–related activities
• Guide customers on products, services, and solutions based on established call-handling and service procedures

🛠 Skills & Experience

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience with SAP, Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM platforms is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent (college-level education is an advantage)
• Previous experience in BPO, Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management

• Fluent English and French
